Do my customers need an app?

No. The card lives in Apple Wallet or Google Wallet, which are already on their phone. They scan your QR code, tap "Add" and that's it.

Does it work on Android?

Yes. Android customers save the card to Google Wallet. Phones without a wallet, and in-app browsers like Instagram, open a web version of the same card, so nobody gets stuck.

How do customers collect stamps?

They show the card from their Wallet (double-click the side button on iPhone) and your team scans it with the Stamply counter app. The stamp appears on their card within seconds.

What do I need at the counter?

Your Stamply QR stands for new customers (several are included in your plan, and until they arrive you can print the QR or show it from your phone), plus any phone or tablet with a camera for the counter app. No NFC reader, no special hardware.

Will customers be annoyed by messages?

You can send at most one message per hour, and customers can turn notifications off on the back of the card at any time. Keep it useful and they'll keep it on.

Can I change the design later?

Any time. Change your colours, photo, stamp icon or reward in the dashboard and every card that is already in a Wallet updates automatically.

What does it cost and can I cancel?
